Zhuhai Huafa & CPAA Grand Theatre is located in the pearl of Pearl River Delta — Zhuhai International Convention & Exhibition Center on Nanwan Avenue, Wanzai, Zhuhai, facing Macao across the river. It is the first comprehensive stage art performance venue built in accordance with international standards in Zhuhai.

Zhuhai Huafa & CPAA Grand Theatre is designed by the world's leading architectural design company RMJM in the UK, and the architectural acoustics is designed by Müller-BBM in Munich, Germany. The theatre has a total building area of 90,945.53 m2, including 57,087.62 m2 underground and 33,857.91 m2 above ground. It is invested and built by the Huafa Group.

The appearance of the theatre shows the charm of postmodernism. Looking down in the air, it is like a Persian harp standing in the water, with distinct artistic features. The theatre has a modern theatre hall and a classical concert hall.
